Berlin Gardens furniture is made from 96% recycled content, with majority coming from consumer milk bottles collected from community recycling programs. From here the plastic is ground, washed, melted and cooled to produce plastic pellets. Then the pellets are remelted and shaped into a variety of furniture and structure products. Lastly, the material is transformed at their manufacturing plant in Berlin, Ohio to create beautiful Amish-made poly furniture. This process creates a green product from recycled material!
